If your machine or accessory does not meet your operational needs, we facilitate a streamlined return process for all eligible electronic components.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Package Your Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original industrial crates or packaging, ensuring all lenses, power cables, and software keys are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate and ship the unit back to our designated inspection facility using a carrier that provides tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our engineers will inspect the hardware for damage or modifications; once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
